It's important to remain centered & tune into your body during your session or self-treatment.
Sensations (hot, cold, tingling, pulsing, pressure, therapeutic pain) or emotions may arise in your body.
It's your body's natural way of retracing & releasing past traumas (emotional or physical), injuries, inflammation, stress or imbalances - in the form of tissue memory.

Diaphragmatic or belly breathing decreases tension, tightness & bracing patterns in your body.
Slowly inhale through your nose by filling up your belly with air first, then your chest.
Soften your entire body with each exhale through your mouth.
Repeat for a few minutes & perform in any position.

Jiggling or self-rebounding is a "rocking" motion that releases the fluid component of your fascia.
Stand with a relaxed posture, gently & rhythmically bounce your body up & down, allow the movement to spread throughout your entire body, make the movement larger (or smaller) & continue to soften.

It's your body's natural way of self-correcting & releasing restrictions through movement.

Healing Crisis
It's possible to feel sore after your session or self-treatment, generally lasting 24-48 hrs (possibly longer or shorter).
A temporary "flare up" or worsening of your symptoms may occur.
It's all part of the healing process, which is commonly a non-linear whole body experience.
